about short History of Pasupatinath

Pashupatinath Temple is a Hindu temple situated in Devapatan village on the banks of the Bagmati river in the north-west of Kathmandu, three kilometers north of Kathmandu. The temple is listed in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. People who believe in Vishapatnam (primarily Hindus) This temple is considered to be the most sacred temple of Shiva in Nepal. The beginning of the 15th century with Pratap Mall, the tradition is that four priests (Bhatt) and a chief priest (original Bhatt) are kept from the Brahmins of South India. The festival of Shivaratri is celebrated with special significance in Pashupatinath. History and Legends According to Legends, this temple was constructed by the animal husbandry of the Somdev Dynasty in the third century BC, but available historical documents are only 13th century.
